Hi there! My name is Ali Staton, and I am a friendly recruiter in wealth management. I grew up in Georgia and have spent most of my life here. After studying Special Education at the University of Georgia, I worked as an elementary special education teacher in Atlanta. During this time, I married my husband, Cecil.
While working in special education, I realized I had a knack for connecting with people and decided to transition into recruiting. My husband, Cecil, is the founder of Arch Financial Planning, a firm that specializes in financial planning for dentists and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. Wealth management has always been a part of our family conversations. Inspired by this, I focused on recruiting in the wealth management industry.
I started my career at a boutique recruiting firm, where I helped newer planners find jobs at boutique wealth firms. After a few years, I moved to a more prominent recruiting firm, still focusing on working with boutique RIA’s. Having worked directly with candidates and clients in this field, I thrive on creating the best recruitment experience possible. I believe in finding the perfect fit for both parties involved and making the process smooth and enjoyable.
